Collaboration ticket

We're releasing collaboration tickets that include limited-edition merchandise and more! Enjoy Event even more!

*Please note that to help manage crowds and ensure safety, from December 5 ((Sat)) through December 6 ((Sun)), between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., you will need a “Collaboration Ticket with Merchandise Purchase Rights (Date and Time Specified)” to purchase original merchandise.Additionally, access to the merchandise venue will be granted within the time frame specified on your ticket, in order of your queue number.
We will verify the identity of the purchaser upon entry to the merchandise venue. Please be sure to bring and present a photo ID on the day of the event.

[Regarding identification documents]
• The ticket will have the purchaser's name printed on it. Please bring identification that verifies the name printed on the ticket when entering the merchandise venue.
• The identification document used for identity verification must be a document that includes your photograph. Please refer to the following for a list of acceptable photo identification documents.

[Important notes regarding tickets]
*A service fee will be charged for ticket purchases.
*If lost, it cannot be reissued.
*Tickets are only available through the Seven Tickets website. They are not sold at multi-copy machines.
*Your name will be printed on the collaboration ticket, so please refrain from applying on behalf of others.
*This offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
*The buying and selling of tickets is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Resold tickets will be invalidated, and you may be refused entry.

We will be selling original merchandise featuring collaborative illustrations.
To alleviate congestion and ensure customer safety, we will be restricting entry to the merchandise venue on certain dates.

[Where to buy]
Event space on the 3rd floor of the park

*This is the building in front of the flower Stage.
*Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, electronic money, or QR code payment.
*Takeaway bags are available for a fee. If you require a shopping bag, please inform a staff member at the time of payment.
*Some merchandise will also be available for purchase at Maruhana Shop(Souvenir shop) inside the park.

[Information for those wishing to purchase merchandise between December 5th and December 6th]
To alleviate congestion and ensure customer safety, a "Collaboration Ticket with Goods Purchase Rights" will be required to purchase original goods between 10:00 and 14:00 from December 5th (Sat) to 6th (Sun). Please check the collaboration ticket for purchase methods and precautions. During this period, we will be operating on a complete rotation system.
*Please note that you will not be able to rejoin the queue between 10:00 and 14:00 on December 5th (Sat) and 6th (Sun). You will be required to present the stub of your collaboration ticket at checkout, so please keep it safe.

Please note that during the period mentioned above, you will be required to gather and have your identity verified before entering the merchandise area.
*When lining up, please make sure that all members of your party are present before joining the line.
Joining the queue midway is strictly prohibited as it inconveniences other customers.
If any of your companions will be late, please wait until everyone in your party is present before joining the line.

Please gather at the time indicated on your "Collaboration Ticket with Merchandise Purchase Rights" at the Time Staircase in front of the "The Haunted House" on the 2nd floor of the park.
We will guide you in the order of the serial numbers printed on your ticket.
*Entry will be in order of assigned number. If you are late for the designated meeting time, regardless of your assigned number, you may be directed to the back of the line for the next meeting time, or you may not be allowed into the merchandise area.
*Please keep your collaboration ticket stub safe, as you will be required to present it at checkout.
*If you do not present your ticket stub, you will not be able to purchase merchandise.
*The venue operates on a time-slot system, with entry shifts per time slot. Please complete your payment before entering for the next time slot.
*Entry to HANAYASHIKI amusement park is possible from 10:00 AM. Depending on the crowd situation, there may be a wait before you can enter, so please allow plenty of time.

<Instructions for accessing the merchandise venue from 2:00 PM onwards, December 5th (Sat) to December 6th (Sun) >
Regardless of the type of admission ticket you have, everyone who has entered the park can enter the merchandise area. Please gather at the Time Staircase in front of the "The Haunted House" on the second floor of the park from 13:30.
Depending on the crowd situation, we may distribute numbered tickets.
Please refrain from lining up before 13:30.
*Queues formed before 13:30 may be invalidated.
*Please refrain from joining or cutting in line with your companions while the queue is forming.

[Purchase limit for original merchandise per transaction]
- For random items, you can purchase up to 5 individual items or 1 set per item.
- Open items are limited to 3 of each type per product.

[About Purchase Bonuses]
For every 2,200 yen (tax included) spent on original merchandise, you will receive one random "illustration card" (7 types in total) as a gift!

[Other Notes Regarding Merchandise Purchases]
*From December 5th (Sat) to December 6th (Sun) after 2:00 PM and from December 7th (Mon) to January 18th (Mon), you can enter the merchandise area regardless of the type of admission ticket you have. However, if it becomes crowded, we may distribute numbered tickets. We will provide further information here.
*Please note that this product is available in limited quantities and may sell out.
*We do not accept reservations or holds on items.
*Purchase limits are subject to change.
*Please refrain from staying in the merchandise area for extended periods during times of entry restrictions (such as designated time slots or when numbered tickets are issued).

A stamp rally will be held throughout the park for you to enjoy as you explore. Those who complete the rally will receive one "original bromide" (8 types in total/randomly selected).
