[Application period for fiscal year 2026]
From (Mon), September 14, 2026 to (Sat) October 31, 2026, until 18:00.
[Sponsorship conditions]】
After submitting your application via the form, we will review it according to the following criteria. You will be notified of the decision regarding sponsorship by email from our representative.
① The school or organizing committee must be a group that will hold a school festival within the 2026 academic year.
② You must cooperate in displaying or distributing the flyers and other materials provided.
③ Please post on social media using the HANAYASHIKI
④ You are permitted to use the sponsored items, such as invitation tickets, provided as part of events or prizes within the school festival.

[How to become a sponsor]
① Application
Please place your order at least 7 days before your desired delivery date.
Please fill out the required information on the dedicated form to apply.

② Review
We will review your application and determine whether or not we can provide sponsorship.
If you wish to receive your order by mail, please allow ample time for preparation before placing your order, as it may take some time to prepare your shipment.
③ Distribution of sponsored items
You can choose to have it mailed to you or pick it up in person at the park.
If you choose postal delivery, we will ship to the address you specify.
If you are visiting the park, please come at the designated date and time.

④ Submission of implementation report
Please submit your report within one month of the end of the school festival.
Please include the following information in your report:
• Details of how sponsored items will be used
• How to promote HANAYASHIKI
• Status of flyer display
・Photos taken during the event
*After the school festival ends, please dispose of the distributed materials appropriately within your respective group.
[Notes]
Even if used for a school festival, the following cases will be excluded from sponsorship.
① Transferring sponsored items to a third party in a manner that involves the exchange of money.
② Using sponsored items for the purpose of sale
③ To be used as an admission or visitor benefit for paid Event.
