Business Operations & Pricing

Our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

There's only one entrance, the Asakusa Gate, which is closer to Senso-ji Temple.
Please note that there's also one exit, closer to Kokusai-dori Street.

An admission ticket (including online tickets and invitation tickets) is required.
You can purchase your tickets in advance online or at the entrance on the day of the event.
*Online tickets can be purchased on the day.

The admission ticket prices are as follows:
Adults (junior high school students to 64 years old): 1,600 yen
Children (ages 5 to elementary school) - 800 yen
Seniors (65 years old and over)...800 yen
Infants (0-4 years old) - Free admission

To use the attractions, you will need to pay a separate ride fee (Unlimited Ride Pass or ride ticket) in addition to the Admission Fee.
Unlimited Ride Pass are sold at the entrance or ticket houses inside the park, and ride tickets are sold at ticket houses or ticket machines inside the park.

Yes, you can. Please speak to a staff member at the exit and they will give you a re-entry ticket.
When you return, please present the re-entry ticket you were given at the entrance.

Admission and ride fees are required for children aged 5 and over. Please see the "Price Guide" for details.

If you have a disability, you can enter the park free of charge if you present a disability certificate (Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate (Love Certificate, Green Certificate)).
Please purchase Unlimited Ride Pass or ride ticket when using the attractions.
For safety reasons, there are restrictions on who can ride attractions depending on the level of disability. You may be asked to be accompanied by a caregiver. Please ask at the information desk after entering the park for more details.

Yes, you can. Please use the tables and benches located throughout the park.

We do not allow pets in the park, with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs.

You can call the information desk to report a lost child. In addition, we may be looking after your child, so please inform a nearby staff member.

You can use it as long as it is within the expiration date.
If you would like a refund for your advance ticket, please contact the relevant retailer or ticket agency.
If you have an invitation ticket, please check the usage instructions and precautions here before using it.

There are no facilities within the park. Re-entry is permitted, so please use the facilities outside the park.

No, we don't. Please use nearby parking lots.

We do not offer stroller rentals.

There is one smoking area in the park. It's located past the right-hand passage from "Nin-nin Park", just before the Panda Car Plaza.

There are four locations within the park: next to the Asakusa Gate, under the Disk'O, next to the Roller Coaster ride entrance, and by the exit in front of the Little Star.

There is a vending machine for diapers next to the nursing room (in front of Marion Crepes).
Powdered milk is not available on-site, so please prepare it in advance. Hot water is available at the information desk.

Tickets

No, we do not offer an annual pass.

We sell web tickets that allow for smooth entry into the park.

There is no expiration date, but use may be temporarily suspended depending on future circumstances. In such cases, we will announce it on our website.

We do not offer refunds for tickets.

Transportation

The nearest station is Asakusa Station, which is served by the Tsukuba Express, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Toei Asakusa Line, and Tobu Skytree Line.

Attractions

There are some attractions that can be enjoyed by children from the age of 0, but generally, children aged 4 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Attractions that require cash, such as the Maruhana Ennichi and Panda Car, are not included with the pass.

All attractions except for Swan, Sky Ship, and Disk”O” will generally operate, but please be aware that you may get wet on outdoor attractions, so please bring a raincoat or similar.

Viewing is free. You can watch the show with just your park admission fee.

Photography is permitted, but please be mindful of not disturbing other customers.
*There may be Stage where photography is not permitted, such as collaboration Event. We will inform you in such cases, so we ask for your cooperation.

The event will be held even on a rainy day. For more details, please check the Hanayashiki website on the day of your visit.

[Individual customers] Precautions when taking photos (videos and still images) for posting on social media
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, there are some restrictions on photography.
If you are an individual customer who would like to enjoy taking commemorative photos with your family and friends, there is no need to apply.
Please note that even if you are taking personal photos (including for school assignments), we may refuse to allow you to take photos depending on the content or scale if we determine that the photos may interfere with the enjoyment of other customers or the operation of the amusement park.
For safety reasons, if any of the following prohibited activities are discovered, staff will contact you, so please cooperate by following their instructions.

You may enter the park, but the following actions and costumes that may cause discomfort or inconvenience to other visitors are prohibited.
Also, please refrain from changing clothes or applying makeup inside the park (including in the restrooms).

・Bringing dangerous items or items that appear dangerous
・Excessive skin exposure
・Costumes that violate laws, such as public indecency or those contrary to public morals

・Cosplay of real-life public officials or ASAKUSA HANAYASHIKI staff
・Actions or costumes that may discomfort or startle other guests

Policy Scope:
If an inquiry or interaction exceeds socially acceptable bounds, we may refuse or suspend our response. In cases of malicious behavior, we will involve law enforcement or legal counsel and take appropriate action under applicable laws. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Examples of Harassing Behavior (non-exhaustive):

・Intimidation, threats, or harassment of individuals
・Insults or language that denies a person’s dignity
・Privacy violations
・Defamation or slander on social media or the internet
・Excessive service demands beyond warranty coverage
・Unreasonable demands for apology, monetary compensation, or punishment of our staff
